Friction48 is the service name. It analyses public purchase journeys and never asks for store access or customer data.

Data we process

Forms request only the name, work email, organisation, public URL and voluntary context needed to reply to a request and check its scope. No password, customer data, card or administrator access is requested.

Data is neither sold nor shared with other WWOWW services. It is used to handle the request, secure the journey and, only after an order, deliver the service and meet applicable obligations.

For access, correction, objection or deletion requests, use the main form and retain its reference. The site uses a temporary technical session and first-party events; no advertising cookie or third-party pixel is installed.

Friction48 is a B2B service for public pages. Before any order, the client receives the scope, total price, applicable taxes, payment, delivery, support and refund terms. No business, legal, tax or compliance outcome is guaranteed.
